Our family has had 4 of the 6102is for 4 years. Although not impervious to damage, they all still work with the exception of the volume control on 2 of them. Both of the volume controls were damaged due to user carelessness, not equipment problems. Fortunately they both failed at maximum volume & are still usable. The speakerphone makes a good hands free device, when traveling in areas requiring hands free phones. The Bluetooth features work well with the Ford Sync System. My daughter & I have traveled throughout Europe, the US & Canada. Both phones work great everywhere! Battery life on all 4 phones has been great!

Purchased this phone and when it charged up, the software was all wrong and the outer screen did not work. The software in the phone did not support the camera. In addition, the internal screen would flash white every 20 seconds. The company accepted a return very easily. However, they only credited $4.99 for shipping and there is no way to ship the package back for that price. Even the "if it fits it ships" box was over $7. The replacement phone worked perfectly, but for the extra $ to ship the phone back plus the 2 extra weeks, I didn't really feel like I got a good deal anymore.

I bought this phone for my parents in India. The phone only catches Airtel and Reliance but not MTNL. It is pretty useless for them.
